The City of Meriden, known as the “Silver City,” earned its nickname in the 19th century as a leading producer of silver goods. Meriden, CT, is home to a diverse and growing community of over 60,000 residents. At the heart of Downtown Meriden lies the Meriden Green, a 14-acre flood control park where residents enjoy scenic trails, walkways, and community events at the amphitheater.
